About NEXGEN:
The NEXGEN Leadership Training Program is a series designed to enhance the leadership skills and industry knowledge of emerging high-potential construction professionals. Through these sessions which incorporate leadership training, relationship building and community involvement activities, ABC's NEXGEN program prepares professionals for current and future leadership roles within the industry and ABC. 

Attending 4 of the 5 NEXGEN courses is required in order to apply for the 2025 Top Construction Professional Under 40 award.
