A dynamic trades panel featuring leaders from the electrical trade. They’ll break down common misconceptions about the trades, share how the merit shop philosophy drives opportunity and growth, and give a behind-the-scenes look at training, safety evolution, and what it takes to succeed in today’s workforce. 

About NEXGEN:
The NEXGEN Leadership Training Program is a series designed to enhance the leadership skills and industry knowledge of emerging high-potential construction professionals. Through these sessions which incorporate leadership training, relationship building and community involvement activities, ABC's NEXGEN program prepares professionals for current and future leadership roles within the industry and ABC.
